Johnny Quick vs The Murder Maestro

The more I read of this guy, the more I like him. Basically, he's just the golden age Flash with more powers, but he manages to have his own personality.
As far as I know, none of his stories were ever penned by Otto Binder, but they sure seem to have that same vibe.
This episode plays down the humor quite a bit, but I'm sure you guys will find a few panels that make you go: "WHAT THE..?!?"

As usual, Johnny's so smooth, he doesn't go out patrolling like Batman or Spiderman. Nope, he just waits until something happens in front of him. I can totally visualize johnny just chillin' out with his smoking jacket on like Hef.
