Paul Murry worked on Disney stories for many, many years. If you've ever read a Mickey Mouse comic published by Dell, Gold Key, or Whitman, chances are it was one of his. Despite his years of effort, he rarely gets included into the short list of "great" Disney comics illustrators with Iwerks, Gottfredson, Barks, and Rosa. Instead, I've noticed he has just as many detractors as he has fans.
I'm not going to try to sway you. You can form your own opinion by reading this multi-part time traveling epic from the late 60s featuring Mickey, Goofy, and (believe it or not) Gyro Gearloose.
