THE STRANGE MISTER OZIMANDIAS
As far as I know, this character only appeared as a backup feature in five issues of BRAIN BOY published by DELL Comics in the early 1960s.
Not the worst idea for an ongoing series (some may argue that he was just as interesting as Marvel's DOCTOR STRANGE, even predating him by several years).
Unfortunately, Dell had a short attention span when it came to developing new characters; with them, it was hit-or-miss right from the start.
Who knows how popular this character could have been, given a legitimate chance for development......
All speculation aside, this is the origin story from BRAIN BOY #2, July 1962
