If you have never read Jeff Smith's Bone series, you are truly missing out. Originally serialized in 55 irregularly-released B&W issues from 1991 to 2004, it's now available in a set of full color trade paperbacks. I highly recommend it for any and all readers, whether you like comix or not. It's action, comedy, fantasy, mystery all in one, and suitable for readers of all ages.
