ST. PATRICK'S DAY POST

porkyjpg

Saint Patrick's Day is upon us once again. The annual day when we get drunk in honor and remembrance of the patron saint of alcohol, St. Patrick.

While you're getting wasted tonight on green colored beer, take a moment to remember our hero (St. Patrick), and how he single-handedly removed all of the snakes that used to live in the wooden beer barrels. Before he came around, people would get bitten by snakes every time they went to a pub.

God bless St. Patrick.

Only semi-related to the story of St. Patrick is this tale about Porky Pig:

PREY OF THE BANSHEE

It's well known that a certain percentage of Ripley's "facts" were nothing but pure fiction. I'm gonna have to say that I'm pretty sure this is one of the fakes.
