An Unlikely Comic Character: Jeffrey Dahmer
Perhaps one of the most inexplicable comics I've ever came across was this one. Not exactly a pre-code 'true crime' comic, but pretty close to the spirit of those old mags.
This is one of the very few comics that have been banned in recent times. I would have posted the whole thing if I hadn't found out that this thing IS STILL IN PRINT. I wish I knew it was still in print, as the back issue price is higher than the price of buying a new copy.
Oh well.
Here's a short preview of this comic for y'all.
by Hart Fisher and Al Hanford
from JEFFERY (sic) DAHMER: AN UNAUTHORIZED BIOGRAPHY OF A SERIAL KILLER, March 1992
since Dahmer was killed in prison, I reckon the guard weren't watching him too closely...
and you can just guess what happened to Steven Hicks...
he looks just a little too happy stirring up that barrel of acid and body parts...
who was the idiot that actually posted his bail???
let this be a lesson to y'all, when ya go to somebody's house, look around and make sure there's no mallet...
expecting this panel to be somebody's avatar real soon...
and by now, you oughta know what happens to Joe Bradehoff...
